San Carlos Belmont Parent's Club is excited to host:

DONA certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Robyn Comfort, of The Comfort Doula, as she talks about

“What is a Postpartum Doula and how can one help new mothers.”

How do you imagine feeling during your postpartum period with your new baby? Stressed or relaxed? Frustrated, or calm and nourished? Depleted, or satisfied and supported?

In this talk, we will identify the universal needs of a postpartum Mother and how you can plan to have your needs met. We will explore how a postpartum doula can support you and your family in this vulnerable and exciting time.

When you give birth to your baby, you give birth to yourself as a Mother. Join us in exploring ways to knit a network of support and nourishment; to guide you in this unique transformation of your identity; & help you thrive in your physical healing and in bonding with your little one.

Wednesday March 02, 2021 at 12pm. This 40 minute virtual talk will be followed up with general questions and answers.

This event is being offered to our members for free. Upon registration, members will receive a link to join virtually on 3/2/2021.
